PDM TO NETSIS, Kozmaksan

Kozmaksan uses Product Data Management (PDM) software for versioning processes of the transmissions they produce. However, the manual transfer of data to the Netsis ERP system was required for this process. Therefore, as KB Software, we developed a software specifically tailored to meet the needs of Kozmaksan and automated the versioning process.

The software automatically scans all the information of a version approved in the PDM software and transfers it to the Netsis ERP system. If the stock code exists, the information is updated; otherwise, a new stock code is generated. This way, Kozmaksan's workload is reduced, and accurate and up-to-date data is synchronized with the Netsis ERP system.

The software we developed specifically for the needs of Kozmaksan, as KB Software, enhances the company's efficiency by automating the versioning process. This automation ensures the accurate and up-to-date management of data, thereby helping the company make faster and more effective decisions.
